Using the the Federal Procurement Data System's on-line database (free sign up required to use), I simply searched for the term Haiti and found that $32 million in contracts or purchases have been made since the earthquake. A few contracts in the six and even seven figures have been let out already. Here's the table I produced. Let me know if people find better ways to use the FPDS system. (Note: Department of Defense contracts may not be listed for 90 days, or at all.)
Thanks Doug, this is helpful.

You're welcome. If you know of better ways to analyze it, let me know. CEPR's blog may do more analysis of it, too. Note again that DOD contracts, etc. are not yet included (and I assume some may not be) which can be a big deal since so much of USG money was/is flowing though DOD (this based on the Relief Web data).
